On March 8, we met with Cleo Reed at Université Paris 8 – a highly political campus. It was indeed an international day of protest and the campus was completely empty as the demonstration took place in the streets. The yard and the hallways looked like they had gone through a zombie invasion so we decided to explore areas usually closed to the public. That’s how we got on this Sci-Fi-esque roof where Cleo did their magic as the sun set. Only two takes and a few intense looks at the camera later, that was it. ‘Paint the layer of a simple smile / And paste the glimmer over sweet denial’. See for yourself:
